Q1. How
can I obtain application form?
One can obtain the desired application form in the following ways :
a) From MPPEB counter.
b) From the designated sale centres.
c) Through post MPPEB office.
Apart
from the above the candidate can apply online through the web site www.mponline.gov.in
Q2.
How can I get a rectification done in my Application Form?

There is no
provision for rectification possible once the application form is submitted in the Board..
Q3.
Will my application form be considered, if some of the entries are incomplete?
·
Incomplete
application forms shall be rejected.
Q4.
Can the application form be accepted if sent through courier services?
Yes, it
will be Accepted provided it is received within the due date. However MPPEB will not be
responsible for non-receipt of application form sent through courier services/speed post.
Q5.
Can I paste coloured photograph on the OMR application form?
Yes, a
candidate can paste colour photograph but preferably recent Black and White passport size
photograph.
Q6. Will the application form be rejected without photograph
on the OMR application form?
Yes,
the application form without photograph will be rejected.
Q7. If
by mistake I have filled my OMR application form with pen instead of pencil, will it be
accepted?
In Chapter 2 of the Rule Book it has been clearly mentioned that the OMR application form is to be filled with HB pencil only. Hence in such case it may be accepted but MPPEB will not be responsibile for any mistakes.
Q8.
How can I know the status of my application form?
OMR
application form number or the registration number issued by MPPEB will be required in
order to know the status of application form from the website of MPPEB www.vyapam.nic.in
Q9. What all should take care of while writing the
exam?
The
candidate is not allowed to use of calculator
(including any calculating devices).
The
candidate should clearly and correctly fill the necessary entries such as Roll No, Date of
Birth, Set Code, Subject etc. on the OMR answer sheet.
Use
only the prescribed black ball point pen for marking answers on the OMR answer
sheet.
There are no option to change the answer on the answer sheet after marking bubble by ball point pen.
Do not
mutilate or fold the OMR answer sheet.
Q10.
What are the Domicile requirements?
DOMICILE
REQUIREMENTS :
No candidate
shall be selected for admission in institutions declared
autonomous by the State Govt. , Govt. aided Institutions or against the State quota
seats in University Institutions unless:
(i) He / She
is a Citizen of India, and
(ii) (a) He
/ She has been educated in an educational institution located in M.P. for atleast three
consecutive years during the last five years.
OR
(b) He
/ She is a bonafide resident of M.P. as per the Explanation-1 given below :
OR
(c) He / She is a son or
daughter of :
(i) An
employee or a pensioner of the Govt. of M.P. or an employee of the Govt. of M.P. who died
while in service of this State or an officer of the All India Services borne on the cadre
of M.P.
OR
(ii) A Central Govt. employee including employee of Defence Establishments, employee of Post & Telegraph Deptt. and the Railways or an employee of a Public Sector Undertaking posted and stationed in M.P. on or before January 1, of the year of examination till the date of admission.
OR
(iii)
A person settled in M.P. under any resettlement scheme sanctioned by the Govt. of
India or the State Govt.
EXPLANATION
1 :
Bonafide
Resident : A candidate shall be deemed to be a bonafide
resident of Madhya Pradesh, if he/she fulfils
both the conditions (1) and (2) given below :
(1) (a)
He / She was
born in Madhya Pradesh
OR
(b)
The candidate himself/herself or his/her father or mother (if father is not alive)
or if both his/her father and mother are not alive, his/her legal guardian has been
resident of M.P. for a continuous period of not less than 15 years.
OR
(c)
The candidate himself/herself or his/her father or mother (if father is not alive)
or if both his/her father and mother are not alive his/her legal guardian has been
carrying on any trade or business or has held any immovable property in the state of M.P.
for a period of not less than 5 years preceding the year of the test.
(2) (a) He / She has pursued his/her studies in any of the recognized
educational institutions of M.P. for a period of not less than 3
years, Education below Standard/Class-1 (i.e. K.G. etc.) will
not be
considered.
(b) He / She has passed an
examination either of VIII standard or 12th class from any recognized educational
institution in M.P.
EXPLANATION
2 :
GUARDIAN:
Guardian
in relation to a candidate means any person who in the opinion of the District Magistrate
concerned, has, after the death of his/her father and mother, been in actual charge of or
control over the candidate for his/her property or both at the time of application since
the death of his/her father and mother. The certificate of guardianship from the
appropriate court shall have to be produced as an evidence of guardianship. If the father
of a candidate is dead but the mother is alive, she shall be deemed to be natural guardian
of the candidate and no other person shall be recognized as guardian, son or daughter
shall include step-son or step-daughter.
Q11. What are the documents required to be submitted along with the OMR application form?
The documents required to be submitted along with the application form differ from
exam to exam. However, the following documents are required to be submitted along
with the OMR application form :
Photocopy
of mark sheet of class X, as proof of date of birth.
Photocopy of mark sheet of
qualifying examination. If appearing in the qualifying exam in the current year, enclose
certificate to this effect from the Principal of the College/Head of the Department.
Photocopy
of certificate in case of reserved category candidates eg. SC or ST or OBC, or physically
handicapped, if applicable.
Self-addressed
post card with a stamp of Rs. 6/-, which will be sent to the applicant by MPPEB as
acknowledgement and to communicate his/her Registration number
Photocopy of Domicile Certificate necessary for State quota seats.
Any
other document mentioned in the rulebook.
IMPORTANT
The information given in the application form shall be verified at the time of
counselling/admission from the original documents by the Department/Institution concerned.
Therefore the applicants should not give any incorrect/false information. If it is found
later that a successful applicant has provided incorrect or false information or has
withheld some relevant information at the time of filling of OMR application form,
he/she shall be barred to get admission without any notice at any time during the
course of his/her studies by the Head of the Institution/Admitting Authority/Madhya
Pradesh Professional Examination Board as the case may be.
Q12. On what grounds can an
application form be rejected?
Incomplete
or incorrectly filled application form.
Application
form and other documents received after the last date of submission.
Application
form submitted without photograph/Signature.
Application
form not accompanied by documents/certificates as mentioned in the rulebook.
IMPORTANT
Applicants must ensure that the OMR
application form has been correctly and clearly filled and no column has been left blank
or incomplete. They would do so at their own risk.

Q14.
How should the OMR application form be filled?
Procedure
for filling OMR application form.
STEP 1 :
Read all the instructions and rules given in the rule
book carefully.
STEP 2 :
Fill up the boxes of OMR application form with black dot pen ensure that all entries
are correct. The fill the corresponding bubbles with HB pencil. For
filling OMR application form, refer to the filled up facsimile given in the rule book for
reference.
STEP 3 : Retain photo copies of OMR application
form and the documents
enclosed with the application form.
STEP 4 : Prepare envelope to be sent to MPPEB as
per instructions given in the rule book.
STEP 5 : The
envelope has to be sent to MPPEB either by
registered post or delivered personally at MPPEB counter, Bhopal.
Q15. Is withdrawal of application form possible?
Application
form once submitted to the MPPEB office cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
Q16. Can I apply for revaluation or retotalling?
No.
There is no system of revaluation or retotalling because all tests are objective type and
valuation work is totally computerized. There is no chance of human error. No
correspondence is entertained in this regard.
Q17.
Can I request for change in entry after the declaration of result?
No.
Candidates should that note if they submits application for change in any of the entries
made by them in their OMR Application Form after the declaration of the result of
the test, it shall not be entertained.
Q18.
How can I obtain duplicate mark sheet?
If a
candidate wants to obtain a duplicate mark sheet he/she shall have to deposit an A/c Payee
Bank Draft of Rs.100/- favouring Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board payable at Bhopal. For obtaining the mark-sheet by
post, he/she shall have to send an A/c payee bank draft of Rs.100/- and the duplicate mark
sheet shall be dispatched by Registered post. In case, a candidate wants the duplicate
mark sheet from MPPEB office personally, on the same day, he/she shall have to submit an
A/c Payee Bank Draft of Rs.100/- before 1:00 PM in working days and the mark sheet will be
issued to him the same day.
DEFECTIVE
QUESTIONS THEIR CANCELLATION AND AWARD OF
MARKS
IN LIEU OF CANCELLED QUESTIONS:
After
the completion of examination, MPPEB gets the question paper examined by subject
experts and gets the key prepared. If any question is found to be defective, it is
cancelled. Questions are likely to be cancelled due to ;
(i)
Wrong structuring;
(ii)
More than one option being correct;
(iii)
None of the options being correct;
(iv) In questions where Hindi and
English version differ, this may lead to different meaning resulting in a situation where
correct answer is not possible;
(v)
Any printing error leading to a situation where more than one answer may be correct
or none of the answers may be correct.
THE KEY PREPARED BY MPPEB WITH THE HELP OF SUBJECT EXPERTS SHALL BE FINAL AND
BINDING.
In lieu
of the cancelled questions, every candidate is awarded in proportion to the marks obtained
by him, irrespective of the fact whether the candidate has attempted such cancelled
questions or not.
For
example, if 2 questions are cancelled in a particular paper and after evaluation it is
found that the candidate has secured 80 marks out of 48 questions, his marks out of 50
questions are computed as under:
